How does the free trial work?
Lite starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required — so you can try the whole product with controlled usage. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to cancel; the trial simply expires after 14 days unless you activate a paid plan. Plus, Growth and Scale start as paid subscriptions.
How is billing handled?
Once you add a card or choose a paid plan, payments run securely through Stripe. You manage your subscription from your dashboard and can change or cancel it whenever you need to.
What happens when I hit my AI enhancement limit?
Reports still come in fully captured — they just skip the AI rewrite until your next cycle, or you can upgrade for more headroom. Nothing is ever lost.
Is there a free plan?
There is no permanently free tier. Lite includes the 14-day trial and is the most affordable paid plan after that.
Do you offer a discount for startups or non-profits?
We do — early-stage startups and registered non-profits can get a discount on any plan. Reach out and we will sort it out quickly.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Anytime, from your dashboard. You keep access for the period you have paid for, and you can export your tickets before you leave.
