Two-way Linear sync is now live
Status changes on your board now flow back to the customer portal automatically. Here is what changed.

For workspaces with Linear connected, NOCK NOCK used to push feedback into Linear and stop there. The report became an issue, your team did the work, and the customer waited in the dark. Today that loop closes: status changes in Linear now flow back to the customer portal automatically.
What is new
When an issue moves on your board, the matching ticket in the customer portal moves with it — no manual update, no copy-paste:
- Status mirroring — Backlog, In Progress, Done and your custom states map straight to the portal.
- Resolution notice — when you close the issue, the customer sees that their report was fixed.
- No new tools for customers — it all happens behind the existing share link.
A one-way report just became an actual conversation.
Nothing to configure
If your project is already connected to Linear, two-way sync is on. There is no new setting and no migration. Move an issue and watch the portal catch up.
