NOCK Billing Settings, Trial, Plan Management, and Cancellation
Manage your NOCK billing settings, understand the automatic no-card 14-day Lite trial, upgrade to a paid plan, and understand what happens when a subscription changes.
Billing settings show the active plan, usage, trial state, and subscription actions for a NOCK workspace. Billing is handled per workspace, so each workspace can have its own plan, limits, and Stripe subscription.
Where to find billing settings
All billing information lives in Settings > Billing inside the NOCK dashboard. From there you can:
- View the current workspace plan and limits
- Check ticket and AI enhancement usage for the current period
- See how many days are left in an active Lite trial
- Choose Lite, Plus, Growth, or Scale
- Open the Stripe customer portal for subscription changes
- Cancel or manage an active paid subscription
The Lite trial
Note
Only Lite includes a free trial. Plus, Growth, and Scale are paid subscriptions from day one.
A user's first workspace automatically starts a free 14-day Lite trial as soon as it is created. No user action is required and no credit card is needed to start or run the trial; nothing is charged during the trial period. The trial is available once per account and is not repeated later — additional workspaces start without a trial and require choosing a paid plan.
The trial gives access to the full NOCK product surface within Lite limits: one project, 50 tickets per month, and 10 AI enhancements per month.
Because nothing is charged during the trial, there is no subscription to cancel until a payment method is added. Adding a card during the trial converts the workspace to the paid Lite plan at the original day 14 without shortening or extending the trial (see When the trial ends for the exception that applies near the end of the trial).
Choosing a plan
| Plan | Price / month | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Lite | EUR 5 | One product or first project |
| Plus | EUR 12 | Small teams with multiple projects |
| Growth | EUR 29 | Growing teams with more ticket volume |
| Scale | EUR 69 | Higher-volume workspaces |
See Plans & Limits for the full project, ticket, and AI allowance table.
When the trial ends
If a workspace reaches day 14 of its Lite trial without a payment method on file, the workspace switches to read-only: existing data, tickets, and settings remain visible, but the widget stops accepting new tickets and no new projects can be created. Nothing is deleted, and adding a payment method at any point reactivates the workspace on the paid Lite plan.
Adding a payment method within roughly the last 48 hours before the trial ends can trigger billing immediately, rather than at the original day 14, due to a minimum lead time required by Stripe.
Upgrading, downgrading, and cancellation
When you upgrade, the new plan becomes available through the checkout and subscription flow shown in the dashboard.
When you downgrade, make sure the workspace fits within the lower plan's project limit. If it does not, you may need to delete or consolidate projects before switching.
When you cancel a paid plan, subscription access ends according to the billing state shown in Stripe and the dashboard. NOCK does not automatically delete your tickets or projects when a subscription changes, but active collection requires an eligible trial or paid subscription.
Billing questions and support
If you have a question about your invoice, payment method, plan, trial, or cancellation:
- Use the support contact shown in the dashboard
- Include the workspace name and account email address
